Galvanized steels treated with zinc for greater resistance to corrosion that are used in construction and the automotive industry are transported in coils of up to 30 tons. Our clients in the steel sector use our solutions and products, both for the movement of coils and for work at height for the manufacture of large steel parts.
Integrative engineering with projects in sheet metal coating and steel transformation plants need motorized cars with elevation for loading and unloading of reels. In these cases, our motorized trolleys are integrated into the electrical maneuver of the line.In addition, we are capable of designing and manufacturing tailor-made tippers placed in transporter wagons, to perform 90° turning, taking advantage of transport downtime.
Our Certificate of Conformity allows us to design and manufacture platforms, without a harmonized standard, since the operators leave them in a high position to work on molding boxes, for which we integrate approved railings and lifelines. In foundry, our lifting tables raise hoppers and feed vibrators for furnaces, and we can also lift and turn the ladles with the liquid for molding parts.

The turner contains a pressure system to fix the load to be turned, which may well be refractory bricks that change pallets to be heat treated. It can also incorporate a lower rotating frame for loading/unloading packages on the same side.
The loading/unloading operation can be done with a forklift or crane.
